Hey we've all got problems that make us tense! There's this, that and the other in our life that make our muscles tighten up. But what about the problems that aren't even ours--they can make us tense, too, if they sit in our space.
So during your next meditation try this: make a rose for the stuff that others worry about that's somehow gotten into your space and makes your body tense. Remove that energy. How does your body respond? Then get rid of that rose. Bring in a gold sun of your own energy. Much better!
