Separate emotions from eating, enjoy food more, and create healthy weight—by nourishing the true you!

Continue your journey of self-discovery! You can take these in pretty much any order.
Owning Your Space (Formerly "Meditation II")
Apply the tools you learned in Meditation I—heal your energy centers, remove cords from others that drain you, and clean out your aura layers. Create the kind of spaces you want for work, relationships and more.
Creating and Communicating (Formerly "Meditation III") Prerequisite—Meditation I (Meditation II is not required)
Do you have permission to create what you want in life? What gets in the way? Discover your creative potential on an energy level. Use tools for communicating that allow you to keep your space whole.
Male Energy I & II Prerequisite—Meditation I
Validate your ability as a man to heal yourself by—doing nothing! Let your body drop down to its true male energy level. Relax and move out the pressure, chatter and competition.
Female Energy I & II
Prerequisite—Meditation I and one other class
Enjoy the rejuvenation and healing that comes from running your own female energy. Free yourself from competition, guilt and limits from others. Validate your creative abilities!

"How can I meditate? I can't quiet my mind!"
Not to worry--you won't need to. We don't teach you to silence your thoughts, or to try to obtain a state of "no mind." It's fine to think!
Actually, what's running through your mind often gives clues about the energy that's in your space, energy that it will feel good to release.
"Do I have to sit cross-legged? It seems uncomfortable."
You'll simply sit in a chair with your feet on the floor. ("Egyptian-style" as some call it.) No difficult poses or special clothing required.
"I'm not patient enough to sit still for long periods (and it kind of sounds boring!)."
The meditation we teach can be pretty active, and involves a lot of variation. You'll be discovering things, moving old stuff out, and getting in touch with yourself in fascinating ways.
Our classes involve guided exercises--you won't be left hanging in silence! Each exercise runs just 10 to 15 minutes, followed by discussion. At home you can practice for as brief or long a period as you like.

Time and Your Life Prerequisite—Meditation I
Discover who you can be with an effective, relaxed flow to your life. Call back your energy from the past, and let go of worrying about the future. Recognize there is time enough for all you really need.
